Pardeep has over 15 years of capital markets and fintech expertise, having most recently served as Chief Client & Commercial Officer and Head of Europe at AccessFintech, a high growth post-trade fintech.

Pardeep is passionate about working with institutions to accelerate transformation and embrace technology. She is recognized as an SME on regulatory changes in the finance sector, as well as an established thought leader on the intersection of finance and technology.

Before joining AccessFintech in 2019, Pardeep spent nearly a decade at BNP Paribas in operations and relationship management roles.
